Refund Policy

Returns

Returns on products offered through Integritas Consulting and Research Group, LLC are permitted within 30 days of purchase in order to receive a refund or exchange. Eligible returns must be unused and in the same condition they are received and in the original packaging. Returns require a receipt or proof of purchase. Shipping on returns are the responsibility of the purchaser.


Refunds and Substitutions

Refunds on courses offered, presented, or sponsored through Integrtias Consulting and Research Group, LLC are honored when cancellations are made at least 14 days in advance of the start date of a training course, seminar, symposium, or conference. Refunds will not be honored within 14 days of the start of a course, seminar, symposium, or conference. Substitutions are permitted at any time up to and including the start date of the course. Once a course, seminar, symposium, or conference commences, substitutions are not permitted.

Refunds on products offered through Integritas Consulting and Research Group LLS are processed once your return is received and inspected. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds on products will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 30 days of receipt of the returned product. 

Refunds on professional services including expert witness and consulting services will not be honored for completed services or time invested. In addition, contracts related to professional services will stipulate the terms and conditions of payment for services, refunds, and termination of services.


Late or missing refund

If you haven’t received a refund, please consider contacting your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted or, inthe event a debit card was used to make a purchase, contact your bank as processing and posting refunds may take some time.

Exchanges

Only defective or damaged will be exchanged.  Begin the exchange process by sending an email to info@IntegritasCRG.com and send your item to: 204 Beverly Barrington, Illinois USA 60010.
